Thoughts on the Chaos in Russia

The chaos in Russia may be great news in the long run, but short term it ups the threat of a desperate Putin nuclear attack in the Ukraine that could escalate, and/or a clandestine attack against the U.S./Europe like releasing a deadly virus or taking down our vulnerable electric grid.

You may not be a fan of CNN, but their analysis just posted is correct:

“Prigozhin may not win, and the foundations of the Kremlin’s control may not collapse. But a weakened Putin may do irrational things to prove his strength.  He may prove unable to accept the logic of defeat in the coming months on the front lines in Ukraine. He may be unaware of the depth of discontent among his own armed forces, and lack proper control over their actions. Russia’s position as a responsible nuclear power rests on stability at the top. A lot more can go wrong than it can go right.”

We are already on a high state of alert, and are not issuing a collapse warning indication with this email, not asking that members come to FR now.  If we do hear reports from the intelligence community or other good sources suggesting a disaster is coming we will of course alert you.  As always, if you see the news of a developing disaster that could lead to a collapse, and communications are down, assume we have or want to issue an alert, and get to your “home fort” or most reachable FR location.  No penalty for coming, and welcome to do a vacation stay.

When you come for a collapse, bring every bit of food, ammunition, weapons you can get in your vehicle, and feel free to bring multiple vehicles for family memberships. Bring cash—don’t want it looted, we will use it at many FR Locations to buy up cattle, chickens from neighboring ranches/farms.  Medical members, please stop by your clinics if safe and bring all the antibiotics, medicine you can.  All members know this, but repeating again:  in a collapse only members will be admitted, so do not bring anyone with you who is not on our member list, they will not be allowed to join now and stay.

Hope you have an enjoyable, safe weekend and coming week.
