Fortitude Ranch Texas is located in rural cattle and sheep country, with good water and land for gardening and ranching. Ranch Manager Bruno is an Army veteran and a skilled mechanic and builder.
An Impressive Tower
The tower at FR TX is a five story log building – in fact, it is the tallest log building in the world. (There are wood-sided buildings taller, but no true log homes where the outer log wall holds up the building, not interior metal/concrete.) A climbing wall with built-in auto belay is only available to members. There is a wonderful common area for members on the top floor.
Built for Survival
The tower has a commanding view perfect for guard watch. Texas has solar power, as well as diesel and propane generators. The property has underground shelters and basements. The chicken and sheep at the ranch are protected by guard dogs and the Dalai Llama.

FR TX offers “Fortitude Village”—you can lease land to build a house or park an RV or tiny home to vacation or full time place to live, with the protection of the co-located Fortitude Ranch Texas.
Meet the Ranch Manager
Bruno was a wrestling champion in College, and served in the Army in infantry and engineering positions. Bruno has extensive construction, gardening, weapons and survival expertise. One of his more interesting projects before joining Fortitude Ranch was a bunker build for a high tech CEO.
